Well let’s be honest, when you mix black berries with carrots and spinach, the color probably won’t be too appealing. Setting color aside, juicing offers some great health benefits. Here is everything you need to know about juicing!


1. Being realistic, if I didn’t juice, there’s no way in hell I’d be eating as many fruits and vegetables as I do on a daily basis. Most homemade vegetable and fruit juices have all your vitamins, minerals, and plant chemicals that you would normally consume through eating said foods. Juicing is simply a much easier way to get these nutrients.

2. Consuming an adequate amount of these nutrients can help prevent everything from cancer to rheumatoid arthritis.

3. It just makes you feel better. Happier, healthier, cleaner, full of energy, less bloated – the list goes on.
